The Opportunity:

As part of our growing Consumer desk - partnering leading organisations, mid-sized companies and start-ups in the region, across Beauty, Food & Beverage & other consumer facing industries, you will:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates across different industries to match the right talent with the right opportunities
• Learn to manage the full recruitment cycle: from market mapping and sourcing, to interviews and offer negotiations
• Build trusted relationships with professionals across APAC
• Get exposed to the best commercial talents in the industry
• Get the chance to drive business development opportunities
• Contribute ideas, take ownership of projects, and grow alongside a team that values your input

• Talents with a sales background OR recruitment background
• Strong communication skills and a natural curiosity about what makes people tick
