Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support the financial and administrative operations of our tuition centre.

Commitment: Twice a week

Working hours: Flexible / to be discussed

Employment type: Contract for Service

Key Responsibilities

* Record and update daily financial transactions accurately

* Prepare and issue invoices and receipts to parents

* Track tuition fee payments and follow up on outstanding payments

* Organise and maintain financial records and supporting documents

* Perform other basic administrative and accounts-related duties as assigned

Requirements

* Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications

* Meticulous, organised and able to handle confidential information

* Responsible and able to work independently

* Good communication skills

* Previous experience in a tuition centre or education business is an advantage, but not compulsory
