Logistic Administrator

Responsibilities

• Track shipments and monitor delivery status to ensure timely arrival of goods
• Prepare accurate shipping documents including shipping papers, invoices, bills of lading, and purchase orders
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and transport drivers to identify and resolve delivery delays
• Monitor warehouse stock levels and record inventory data using software systems
• Coordinate transport arrangements and organize staff rosters to support operational efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 'O' Levels or a Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and familiarity with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Ability to organize tasks, solve problems effectively, and communicate clearly with stakeholders
