ASSISTANT MANAGER, STUDENT RECRUITMENT – INDIA MARKET

Location: Singapore

Objective

The Assistant Manager, Recruitment – India Market will be responsible for driving student recruitment and market growth from India while being based in Singapore. The role will manage the end-to-end recruitment funnel, overseas representatives and strategic partnerships, working closely with Marketing, Admissions and Academic teams to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.

The role will apply 4DA and SuperMATH to drive structured, lean and digitally integrated recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. India Recruitment Strategy & Lead Generation
   Develop and execute India recruitment plans, campaigns and lead-generation activities to achieve enrolment targets.

1. Sales & Student Conversion
   Manage the recruitment funnel from enquiry to enrolment, monitor conversion rates and drive qualified leads towards confirmed enrolments.

1. Overseas Representatives & Partnerships
   Manage and develop relationships with education agents, Overseas Representatives, schools, institutions and strategic partners in India.

1. Market Development & Engagement
   Identify new recruitment opportunities, monitor market trends and competitors, and coordinate webinars, fairs, school talks and other recruitment activities.

1. Customer Journey & Experience
   Ensure a positive end-to-end experience for prospective students and parents from first enquiry to enrolment.

1. Digital Integration & Productivity
   Use CRM, digital tools, 4DA and SuperMATH to manage the recruitment pipeline, improve productivity and optimise recruitment costs.

1. Performance & Reporting
   Track leads, applications, offers, conversions and enrolments; provide regular reports and actionable market insights to management.

1. India Market Travel
   Travel to India when required for key partner meetings, recruitment events, roadshows and business development activities.

The Assistant Manager will be eligible for sales commission upon achievement of approved recruitment targets, in accordance with the Academy's prevailing incentive scheme.

Job Requirements

• Recognized Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in sales, business development and digital marketing
• Digital Savvy. In-depth knowledge of HUBSPOT and various social media platforms and website analytics
• Experience in Hospitality, B2B and ex-Chef is an advantage.
• Team player who is independent, driven and possesses a strong passion for learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, and interpersonal skills.
