Rehabilitation Counsellor

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical rehabilitation needs following injury or surgery.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation plans to promote physical recovery and well-being.
• Assist patients with setting and achieving physical recovery goals.
• Educate clients on exercises, adaptive techniques, and lifestyle changes for physical improvement.
• Monitor progress and adjust rehabilitation plans as needed.
• Maintain thorough records of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements:

• Experience working with clients in physical recovery or rehabilitation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Knowledge of physical therapy, rehabilitation techniques, and case management.
• Experience in goal-setting and recovery planning for physical disabilities or limitations.
