Technical Officer (Safety supervisor)

 Provide Civil & Structural (C&S) supervision for Changi

Runway 3 residual airfield works.

 Supervise and monitor contractors to ensure compliance

with contract requirements, approved drawings,

specifications, and authority regulations.

 Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction

progress, workmanship, and quality.

 Monitor WSH requirements, including safe work practices,

permits to work, and unsafe acts/conditions.

 Identify and report site non-compliances, safety issues,

and construction defects to CAG/OIC.

 Coordinate with contractors and project stakeholders to

ensure smooth execution of works.

 Maintain site records, inspection reports, photographs,

and other relevant documentation.

 Ensure all works are carried out safely, within schedule,

and in accordance with project requirements.

 Work closely with the supervision team and report daily

site matters to the Officer-in-Charge (OIC).
