Job Summary

You will design, deploy, and maintain wired and wireless network infrastructure, troubleshoot network issues, and collaborate with customers and teams to deliver high-quality connectivity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, test, and commission wired and wireless network infrastructure to meet client requirements
• Deploy, configure, and support enterprise WiFi systems, routers, switches, and firewalls for optimal network performance
• Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and TCP/IP networks to ensure reliable connectivity
• Conduct network assessments, site surveys, and WiFi coverage optimisation to enhance network efficiency
• Diagnose and resolve network performance, connectivity, configuration, and hardware issues promptly
• Configure and maintain network equipment from vendors including TP-Link Omada, Ubiquiti, MikroTik, and other enterprise platforms
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, network diagrams, and service reports to support project delivery and maintenance
• Collaborate closely with customers, project teams, and vendors to ensure successful network monitoring implementation
• Provide preventive maintenance and technical support for deployed network systems to minimise downtime
• Ensure all network installations comply with company standards and industry best practices

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or related field
• At least 1 years of hands-on networking experience configuring and managing enterprise networks
• Strong knowledge and practical skills in TCP/IP, VLANs, routing and switching, DHCP, DNS, wireless networking, and VPN technologies
• Mobile App knowledge
• Hands-on experience configuring enterprise routers, switches, and wireless access points
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex network issues in diverse environments
• Team player

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with TP-Link Omada, Ubiquiti UniFi, MikroTik, Cisco, Fortinet, or Aruba network equipment
• Skills in enterprise WiFi design and optimisation to improve network coverage and performance
• Knowledge of network security and firewall configuration to safeguard network infrastructure
• Basic Linux or Windows Server administration experience to support network services

Other Information

• Location: Singapore
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30-5.30 PM
• Salary: SGD 3,500–4,000 per month, commensurate with experience
