TRANSPORT DRIVER

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transportation & Logistics Support

• Safely transport workers to and from construction sites in a timely manner.
• Assist in purchasing and transporting materials, tools, and equipment to project sites as per supervisor’s instructions.
• Support construction operations by delivering goods to multiple locations within the designated schedule.

2. Safe Driving & Compliance

• Strictly adhere to traffic rules and regulations to ensure safety on the roads.
• Observe and follow all Safe Work Procedures (SWP) when performing transportation duties.
• Exercise defensive driving techniques to prevent accidents and ensure passenger safety.

3. Vehicle Maintenance & Upkeep

• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, functionality, and servicing schedules to prevent breakdowns.
• Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the management immediately.

4. General Operations Assistance

• Assist in loading and unloading materials when required.
• Handle pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment (training will be provided).
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor to support smooth construction site operations.

Job Requirements:

• Open to Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only.
• Possess a valid Class 3/4 driving license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience, preferably in the construction or logistics industry.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual lifting of heavy materials.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s road network is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and operate pallet jacks (training will be provided).
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
