Clinical Laboratory Assistant, Office of SIMS (2-year contract)

Job Description & Requirements:

Join our dynamic team at SingHealthDuke-NUS Institute of Medical Simulation (SIMS) and play a vital role in advancing medical education and training through simulation facilities.

We are seeking a Clinical Laboratory Assistant to provide essential logistical and administrative support for our ProceduralSkills Laboratory (PSL) and Cadaver Repository. You will be instrumental inensuring the smooth operation of our training facilities whilst supporting clinical skills and anatomy training programmes that shape the future of healthcare in Singapore.

What You Will Do:

You will set up the PSL and prepare specimens for research and training activities, provide technical support during workshops, and assist with cadaver handling procedures including embalming and dissection. You will be required to perform radiography duties when necessary. In addition, you will manage inventory and equipment, coordinate with external partners, and ensure the highest safety and cleanliness standards are maintained in the PSL. Your role will also involve supporting our Body Donation Programme and Tissue Bank Programme, making a meaningful contribution to medical advancement.
