ADMIN ASSISTANT

Descriptions

• Paper works for tenancy agreement & renewal application.
• Catalog and keep records of all necessary information, documents, etc.
• Maintain all tenants' database, rent rolls, tenancy schedules, lease documentation status, inventory of keys for vacant properties.
• Assist in stamping of tenancy agreements and other contracts.
• Liaise with tenants on issuance and return of documents.
• Coordinate with Operations Executive to track renewal of all authorities' licenses including lift Permit To Operate, Fire Cert, EMA licenses etc, for all properties.
• Attend phone enquiries.
• Other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

• Able to work independently
• Basic Microsoft Office Skills
• Good organization and administrative skills
