BIM Modeller (ARCHI/ MEP/CIVIL STRUCTURE)

Position Overview

We are looking for talented BIM Modelers with at least 2 years of experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) field to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, and be able to produce accurate 3D models, detailed drawings, and documentation for a wide range of building and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate 3D BIM models in Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

• Prepare and update 2D drawings using AutoCAD based on project requirements.

• Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.

• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure modeling accuracy.

• Assist in producing shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built documentation.

• Collaborate closely with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, and Project Managers to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

• Maintain and adhere to project BIM standards and protocols.

• Ensure timely delivery of models and drawings in compliance with client requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the AEC industry.

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, 2D drafting, and technical drawing production.

• Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
