BIM Modeller (ARCHI & CIVIL STRUCTURE)

Position Overview

We are looking for talented BIM Modelers with at least 2 years of experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) field to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, and be able to produce accurate 3D models, detailed drawings, and documentation for a wide range of building and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• • Develop accurate 3D BIM models in Revit for architectural and structural disciplines.
• • Prepare and update 2D drawings using AutoCAD based on project requirements.
• • Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• • Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure modeling accuracy.
• • Assist in producing shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built documentation.
• • Collaborate closely with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, and Project Managers to meet project
• deadlines and quality standards.
• • Maintain and adhere to project BIM standards and protocols.
• • Ensure timely delivery of models and drawings in compliance with client requirements.

Requirements

• • Minimum 1 years of experience in the AEC industry.
• • Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• • Strong understanding of 3D modeling, 2D drafting, and technical drawing production.
• • Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices.
• • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• • Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination.
• • Knowledge of Singapore BIM standards (BCA BIM e-submission, LOD requirements, etc.).
• • Familiarity with other BIM-related software (SketchUp, Dynamo, etc.) will be an advantage.
