Accounts Executive

• Manage assigned accounting functions independently.
• Maintain accounts payable and/or receivable records.
• Handle billing, credit notes, debit notes and collections.
• Process payments, bank transactions and reconciliations.
• Maintain journals, ledgers and supporting schedules.
• Prepare monthly closing entries within assigned scope.
• Manage petty cash and payment documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and banks on finance matters.
• Assist with month-end reporting and account schedules.
• Progress towards independently managing a complete set of accounts.
