Job Summary

Lead sales and marketing efforts for Viking Airtech’s products in marine, onshore, and offshore industries, driving revenue growth through client engagement, team leadership, and operational coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and marketing initiatives for all Viking Airtech products targeting marine, onshore, and offshore sectors
• Collaborate with Group General Manager to review sales enquiries and guide the estimating team in generating accurate sales proposals and quotations aligned with company specifications
• Achieve and monitor sales targets to drive business growth
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding and addressing their needs
• Communicate customer requirements effectively to Project & Engineering and Accounts Departments to ensure seamless project execution
• Support the Sales Team in sourcing products to meet client demands
• Coach and guide the Sales Team to secure orders and improve sales effectiveness
• Supervise and monitor Sales Team performance to maintain consistent quality in delivery services
• Liaise with product principals to implement cost reduction programs for manufactured materials and optimize overall performance costs
• Coordinate departmental operating procedures and recommend improvements to enhance Sales Team efficiency
• Prepare sales plans and pipelines for presentation to Managing Director and Group General Manager
• Monitor timely submission of sales proposals to clients
• Initiate customer complaint reports and ensure complaints are resolved promptly and efficiently
• Conduct annual performance appraisals for Sales Team members
• Organize and lead Sales meetings and meetings with Managing Director and Group General Manager
