Dental assistant and Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant cum Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Align Dental Surgery ' in the Orchard Central Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional clinical and administrative support to our dental professionals, ensuring a seamless patient experience.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting dentists during patient procedures by preparing treatment rooms, sterilising instruments, and ensuring a clean and organised work environment

• Greeting and welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records and files

• Handling patient inquiries, answering phone calls, and addressing any concerns in a professional and courteous manner

• Maintaining inventory and ordering dental supplies as needed

• Adhering to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic clinical setting

• Providing administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and other general office duties

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar patient-facing role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously

• Proficient in using dental software and administrative tools

• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow

• Knowledge of dental procedures, equipment, and infection control practices
