About this job
- Develop and execute the hotel’s total revenue management strategy to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and total profit across all revenue streams (rooms, F&B, events).
- Chair weekly Revenue Strategy meetings with GM, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on pricing, promotions, and inventory tactics) with high accuracy.
- Present quarterly performance reviews and strategic recommendations to ownership and corporate stakeholders.
- Set dynamic pricing and yield strategies for all room categories, packages, and rate plans across direct and indirect channels.
- Manage room inventory allocation, stay restrictions, and channel mix to optimize profitability and market share (RGI).
- Oversee OTA, GDS, wholesale, and corporate channel performance; negotiate parity and commission structures.
- Ensure rate integrity and content accuracy across all digital touchpoints.
- Monitor competitive set performance and adjust strategies to defend or grow market position.
- Analyze demand generators (events, seasons, macro trends) to forecast unconstrained demand and optimal business mix.
- Provide daily/weekly flash reports and actionable insights to department heads for operational planning (e.g., staffing, cost control).
- Partner with Sales to evaluate group/corporate opportunities for profitability and long-term value.
- Work with Marketing on promotional campaigns, digital merchandising, and conversion optimization.
- Align with Operations on occupancy-driven staffing, cost efficiency, and guest experience standards.
- Mentor and develop Revenue Management and Reservations teams; foster a hotel-wide revenue culture.
- Drive adoption of revenue tools, systems (RMS, PMS, CRS), and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, audit requirements, and data governance.
