Senior Executive, Real Estate Services

About the Role

Reporting to the Manager, the Senior Executive handles the leases and property tax-related matters within IHH Healthcare Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in new leases, lease renewals, daily leasing operations and landlord's queries.
• Timely lease preparation, review and update templates as and when required.
• Source for potential retail tenants/sites, collect data on relevant market trends, rental rates and conduct due diligence checks.
• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, and handle negotiations on lease terms.
• Ensure smooth and proper handover/takeover with accurate and complete lease documentations.
• Assist the Manager on matters relating to property tax for IHHSG properties, such as landlords' claim and queries from IRAS.
• Prepare monthly reports and collate market research data, as and when required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management or other related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in lease/property management.
• Ability to work with people of all levels, understand stakeholders' needs and manage their expectations.
• Possess good communication and analytical skills.
