HR Strategy Intern

We are seeking a motivated and intellectually curious HR Strategy Intern to support our Human Resource Team in developing and refining our regional HR strategy and development. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful, forward-looking HR work while gaining hands-on experience in strategic research, data analysis, and digital transformation within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support development of regional HR strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
Assist in translating data insights into strategic HR recommendations and action plans.
Support the documentation of HR transformation roadmaps and change management plans.
Contribute to the design of future-state HR operating models enabled by digital tools.
Collect, clean, and analyze HR data including workforce metrics, attrition rates, engagement scores, and talent pipelines.
Build dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Interpret data trends to identify patterns and provide evidence-based recommendations.
Research emerging HR technologies, AI-powered tools, and automation platforms applicable to HR functions.
Evaluate digital solutions for talent acquisition, employee experience, learning & development, and performance management.
Administrative Duties
Assist with scheduling, coordination, and logistics for HR projects, workshops, and meetings.
Maintain and update HR documentation, templates, and knowledge repositories.
Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and project tracking.
- Prepare meeting minutes, action logs, and progress updates for ongoing HR initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly.
Interest in HR technology, AI, and digital transformation trends.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
