Accounts Officer (Payable OR Receivable) (TAMPINES)

We are currently looking for two Accounts Officer to support our finance team, with a focus on Payable OR Receivable.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Tampines West

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP) Officer

• Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and process payments (e.g. GIRO, bank transfers, cheques)
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes
• Liaise with internal departments on invoice approvals and payment matters

Accounts Receivable (AR) Officer

• Generate and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on collections
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Record incoming payments and ensure proper allocation
• Prepare ageing reports and track receivables status

General Responsibilities

• Support month-end closing activities and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements
• Assist with audits and other finance-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable
• Candidates with experience in either AP or AR are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in healthcare or service industry is an advantage
• Familiar with accounting systems (Microsoft 365) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• ACCA/LCCI OR Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
