M&E Supervisor

Job Summary

You will manage M&E subcontractors and coordinate project activities to ensure timely progress, quality workmanship, and compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with project teams to prepare technical documentation and support project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Manage and coordinate M&E subcontractors to maintain work progress according to schedule
• Monitor and supervise work progression and quality control to meet project standards and timelines
• Enforce adherence to safety regulations on site and participate in all project and progress meetings to align with the master program schedule
• Collaborate with Project Manager and/or Engineer to prepare Work Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and related client documentation upon request
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications
• Ensure all work complies with relevant standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with a Main Contractor in project management and/or site coordination for building or civil engineering projects
