Inside Sales

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow up on quotations, pricing requests, product availability and customer feedback.
• Coordinate internally with the sales team, product marketing team, purchasing, warehouse, logistics and finance departments.
• Maintain and update customer information, quotation records, pricing data and sales reports.
• Monitor sales activities, order status and customer requirements, and provide regular updates to the relevant teams.
• Assist the sales team in preparing sales data, customer reports and business analysis.
• Communicate with customers regarding product information, lead time, pricing and other commercial matters.
• Support the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with the relevant internal departments.
• Maintain good business relationships with distributor customers and provide professional sales support.
• Perform other sales administration duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of sales, inside sales, customer service or sales support experience.
• Experience in handling distributor customers is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail, especially when preparing quotations and sales reports.
• Good organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Able to work independently and cooperate effectively with internal teams.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Experience in the electronic components or industrial products industry would be an advantage.
