Job Summary

You will coordinate and supervise architectural works on construction projects, ensuring quality compliance and timely progress reporting to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Report architectural work progress regularly to the Project Manager to support project tracking and decision-making
• Coordinate preparation, submission, and updating of Shop Drawings and As-Built documentation to ensure accurate project records
• Schedule architectural works and manage material requisitions to maintain project timelines and resource availability
• Supervise and inspect architectural works performed by sub-contractors to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards
• Assist the quality team in preparing and submitting documentation for BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark assessments to uphold project quality benchmarks

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or a relevant qualification
• Familiarity with BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark assessment applications
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the construction field

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, to enhance design coordination and project visualization
