MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

📋 Responsibilities

1. Order Processing & Coordination

• Handle and process orders for all assigned vessels.

• Perform purchasing activities, prepare and key in Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices.

• Monitor and track delivery status to ensure timely supply.

2. Communication & Liaison

• Liaise with clients, ship crew, agents, and suppliers via email and phone to coordinate requirements and resolve issues.

• Ensure all necessary details are obtained and communicated accurately.

3. Correspondence & Call Handling

• Manage incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly.

• Maintain proper communication records and follow up when required.

4. Quotation Preparation

• Prepare and submit quotations to customers based on requirements.

• Ensure pricing and details are accurate and aligned with company standards.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or above in any discipline

• Prior admin, customer service, or coordination experience preferred

• Good communication skills (email and phone)

• Responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  

Working details:

Salary: $2,800 - $3,150+

Total 5.5 days / week

Mon-Fri 8:30 am – 6:00 pm

Saturday 8:30 am – 1:00 pm
