About this job
Live-fire Thai cooking on Orchard Road — charcoal and lychee wood, open kitchen, dishes like Moo Ping Pork Rib and Banana Leaf Seafood Otah. We're hiring a Commis to learn the craft and grow with us.
You'll:
- Prep, portion, and plate alongside our Chefs de Partie, including our signature woodfire dishes.
- Train hands-on at our charcoal and lychee-wood grill stations.
- Handle mise en place and marinating ahead of lunch and dinner service.
- Keep your station clean and food-safe, following SFA guidelines.
- Rotate and track stock so nothing goes to waste.
- Work closely with the team to keep service consistent and on time.
You need: a genuine interest in cooking (culinary cert a plus, not required), comfort in a fast-paced kitchen, and availability for rotating shifts incl. weekends/PH.
