About
An established global organisation is seeking a hands-on Corporate Secretarial professional to join its team in a broad role covering governance, Board support and corporate secretarial matters. Beyond routine filings, the role offers exposure to process improvement, digitalisation and AI initiatives, with strong potential for career progression.
Responsibilities
- Support on corporate secretarial, governance and administrative matters.
- Prepare Board/shareholders’ resolutions and maintain statutory registers, records and governance documentation.
- Assist with ACRA and other statutory/regulatory filings.
- Coordinate Board, committee and management meetings, including agendas, papers, presentations, logistics and follow-up actions.
- Prepare reports, presentations and other corporate secretarial documentation.
- Support corporate actions, entity-related matters and other ad hoc administrative requirements.
- Ensure records are accurate, complete, well-maintained and handled with strict confidentiality.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of processes, workflows and procedures within the Corporate Secretariat function.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and turnaround time through process redesign and automation.
- Contribute to digitalisation and AI-enabled initiatives, including implementation, adoption and change management.
- Take ownership of selected process improvement projects and help track productivity and efficiency gains.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience, gained in-house, within professional services or a corporate secretarial practice.
- Experienced in process improvement, workflow implementation or SOP enhancement.
- Involvement in digitalisation, automation or AI-related initiatives within a corporate secretarial, legal, governance or administrative function.
- Comfortable handling corporate secretarial work and administrative/coordination responsibilities.
- Highly organised and meticulous, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant Diploma/Degree or professional corporate secretarial qualification would be advantageous.
