Job Responsibilities:

• Support and assist the investor relations and communications team across fundraising, investor engagement and external communications. Some of these activities include: -
• conduct investor, market and peer research to support fundraising and investor targeting;
• prepare and update investor materials, including pitch decks, fund fact sheets and due diligence questionnaires;
• support the preparation of quarterly investor reporting and the annual impact report;
• draft and edit external communications content, including website copy, newsletters, media materials and social media posts; and
• maintain investor records and databases, and assist with the coordination of investor meetings, roadshows and events
• Work closely with the investment team to translate deal, portfolio and impact information into clear, compelling narratives for investors and external audiences.
• General assistance to other senior members of the team.

Job Requirements:

Weare seeking candidates with a strong interest in investor relations and communications, have a heart for impact and keen to explore a stint in a leading impact investing private equity fund.

· Penultimate year undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a keen interest in investor relations, communications or marketing. Comfort working with financial and impact data is essential, and a demonstrated interest in private equity or impact investing would be an advantage.

• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with design, digital or CRM tools (for example Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp or Salesforce) would be a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English, with excellent attention to detail and an ability to write for different audiences; proficiency in other languages would be a plus.
