ChaPanda(Cha Bai Dao) is a leading tea beverage brand from China. Since its public listing in 2024, the brand has grown to nearly 9,000 stores worldwide. As we continue expanding our overseas business, we are looking for passionate and driven talents to grow together with our global team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES：

1. Monitor store performance and analyze operational data to improve sales and efficiency
2. Review sales, QCS standards, and customer feedback; implement improvement plans
3. Support and manage new store openings and daily operations coordination
4. Drive profitability through cost control and operational optimization
5. Execute marketing campaigns and support brand growth
6. Train and coach store teams on operations, service, and product knowledge
7. Maintain strong communication with franchise partners and store teams
8. Coordinate inventory, ordering, and supply chain execution to ensure smooth operations

JOB REQUIREMENTS：

1. Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in bubble tea or F&B operations
2. Familiar with store operations, QCS standards, and management systems
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen
4. Experience in cost control and improving store profitability
5. Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
6. Strong customer service skills and sales drive with team leadership skills
7. Proficient in both English and Chinese
