Job Description & Requirements

As part of CHAPANDA Singapore’s expansion, we are looking for passionate and responsible Tea Baristas to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages according to standard SOP and quality standards
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Process customer orders and payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
• Monitor stock levels and support daily stock replenishment
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing duties
• Follow company policies and operational procedures
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements

• Sales driven and passionate about customer service
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior F&B, retail or barista experience is an advantage
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
