• Candidate will be recruited for senior coordinator posting based on the expercience and project worked.
• Manage process,Implementation, best practices & techniques of BIM and related tools.
• Actively promote advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice.
• Co-ordinate with design consultants, contractor & sub-contractors.
• Review design and fabrication models and drawings.
• Identify & use BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability and as built models.
• Identify project worflows throughout all project phases.
• Oversee project to ensure completion of site activities.
• Able to work independently with minimum guidance.
• Report to BIM Manager.
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.
• Atleast a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 Years experience in BIM Modelling, Execution Plan, BIM Setup, Standards Development, Client Presentation and trouble shooting in related field.
• Must have minimum 3 years of more than one Authoring Tool experience.
• Should have discipline related authoring tool experience.
• Should have well-verse working knowledge in quality assurance tools.
• Contractor experience is a must.
• Should be able to work with team based on BIM Execution Plan.
• BCA Academy's BIM Certificates would be an added advantage.
• Software & Tools training experience would be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and ability to multi task.
