Cashier

Job Title: Cashier

Work Schedule:

• 5–6 day work week (depending on business needs)

• Standard retail/food stall hours (adjustable per employer)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer transactions accurately (cash, credit, digital payments).

• Issue receipts, refunds, and change promptly.

• Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter.

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service.

• Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.

• Support stall/shop operations when required (e.g., packing, serving, or stock replenishment).

• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety/hygiene standards (if in F&B setting).

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years cashiering experience (retail or F&B preferred).

• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills in English and/or Chinese.

• Honest, reliable, and customer-oriented.

• Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
