Finance Executive | Insurance Brokerage

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Executive to support the day-to-day finance operations of our Insurance department. The role covers accounts receivable and payable, receipt updates, bank reconciliations, insurer statement reconciliation, payment processing, refunds and commission payouts. You will also assist with month-end and year-end closing and respond to customers' payment enquiries.

Core Responsibilities:

• Support the insurance department’s day-to-day finance operations, including accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Update daily receipts and perform bank reconciliations

• Reconcile insurers’ statements of account and process payments to insurers

• Process insurance policy cancellation refunds and commission payouts

• Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing activities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email, phone and messaging platforms

• Perform other duties and assignments as required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy with at least 1 year of relevant accounting experience

• Strong computer literacy and competent in MS Office especially Excel

• Detail-oriented and organised, reliable team player

• Able to work under tight deadlines
