Talent Acquisition Specialist (In House)

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of recruitment activities, from understanding hiring requirements through to successful candidate onboarding.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, professional networks, talent databases, and other relevant channels.
• Review applications, conduct initial screening, and assess candidates based on experience, competencies, and organisational fit.
• Provide timely recruitment updates and ensure an efficient and well-managed hiring process.
• Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates, including passive talent, for current and future hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical, recurring, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Continuously explore new sourcing channels, recruitment tools, and approaches to improve candidate attraction.
• Understand the needs and priorities of different business functions and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
• Monitor recruitment progress, hiring timelines, and key recruitment metrics.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably with in-house recruitment experience.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing capabilities.
• Good understanding of recruitment practices and employment market trends.
