Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy.
• Provide financial insights to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
• Advise the executive team on financial risks and opportunities.

• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.

• Maintain strong internal financial controls. Oversee banking relationships and financing activities.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
• Optimize capital structure and funding strategies.

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Oversee credit, market, liquidity, and operational financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance.

• Oversee corporate tax planning and compliance.
• Manage external audits and regulatory reporting. Support cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 12–15 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Experience in commodities trading, international trading, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.
