Finance & Administration Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports and management accounts.
• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure proper maintenance of financial records.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring and financial reporting.
• Handle GST reporting and support corporate tax and statutory reporting requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, corporate secretaries and other external service providers.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, invoices and expense claims.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant Singapore regulatory requirements.
• Assist with payroll, CPF and other HR-related administrative matters when required.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the company where necessary.
• Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis, reports and other assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in handling full sets of accounts is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Singapore accounting practices, GST and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
• Responsible, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.
