Job Responsibilities
- Carry out measurement and taking Off
- Preparation of quotation and costing for incoming enquiries
- Preparation of progress claim, variation order and final account to Client
- Preparation & reviewing on sub-contract documents
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building Management/ Civil Engineering and equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to meet tight scheduled duties assigned.
- Independent and a good team player with positive attitude.
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Min. 2 years of construction related working experience
- Entry level candidates are welcome.
