ADMIN CUM ENGINEER

We are looking for a responsible, organised, and technically capable Admin cum Engineer to join our team and support our ongoing electrical and M&E projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day office administration and project documentation.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, reports, and other project-related documents.
• Assist Project Managers and Engineers with project coordination and administrative matters.
• Prepare and maintain project records, drawings, schedules, material submissions, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Assist with material procurement, delivery coordination, and tracking.
• Review basic engineering documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQ items.
• Assist in preparing progress claims, variation orders, quotations, and other commercial documents.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding submissions and approvals.
• Maintain proper filing of company and project documents.
• Perform other administrative and engineering duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, M&E Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in M&E / Electrical construction projects will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.
• Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Able to prepare professional emails and project documentation.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Fresh graduates with a strong technical background are also welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of electrical installation and M&E works.
• Experience in project documentation and coordination.
• Understanding of BOQ, quotations, progress claims, and variation orders.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate with site personnel, suppliers, clients, and consultants.
