Clinic Front Desk Receptionist

Base Salary: $2,300 - $2,800 (Based on Experience)

Comprehensive Salary: $2,500 - $3,000 (After OT)

Location: Orchard

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM

• 1-hour break

• Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients at the front desk

• Answer phone calls and handle patient enquiries

• Schedule and coordinate appointments

• Send and receive emails and correspondence

• Prepare forms, reports, and data records

• Organize and maintain patient case files

• Support daily clerical and administrative operations

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of clerical, administrative, reception, or customer service experience

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and general computer usage

• Able to communicate effectively in English

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Organized, responsible, and able to multitask

• Experience in a dental clinic, medical clinic, or healthcare environment is an advantage

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage

Additional Information:

• Overtime applicable for working hours exceeding 44 hours per week
