Logistics Import & Export Operations Assistant

Salary: $2,500 - $3,500 (Based on Experience)

Location: Joo Koon

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Monthly Rest Days: 6

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate import and export shipments and daily logistics operations

• Arrange transportation, shipping schedules, and cargo deliveries

• Process orders and maintain accurate shipping documentation

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, transporters, and relevant parties

• Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely delivery

• Support warehouse and distribution coordination when required

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in import/export or foreign trade operations

• Experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or warehouse coordination is preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Familiar with shipping documentation and transportation arrangements

• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple shipments simultaneously

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
