Office Administrator

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and general enquiries.
• Maintain and organize company documents, records, files, and office databases.
• Manage office supplies, stationery, equipment, and inventory, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders when required.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, office events, and other administrative arrangements.
• Support basic accounting and administrative tasks.
• Arrange courier services, deliveries, mail, and other office logistics.
• Ensure the office is clean, organized, safe, and properly maintained.
• Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties and projects assigned by management.
