Role Overview

We are looking for an organised and resourceful intern to support the company’s daily office operations and casting needs. The role includes general administrative work, coordinating office supplies and refreshments, and assisting with talent sourcing and shoot arrangements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist with general administrative work, scheduling, filing and data entry.

• Order office supplies, pantry items, drinks and refreshments when required.

• Coordinate deliveries, couriers, vendors and general office arrangements.

• Help maintain an organised and well-stocked office.

• Source and contact potential talents based on casting requirements.

• Organise talent profiles, availability, rates and casting information.

• Coordinate talent bookings, shoot details and required documents.

• Provide general operational and production support when required.

Requirements

• Organised, responsible and attentive to detail.

• Comfortable communicating through calls, messages and emails.

• Able to use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Proactive, resourceful and willing to learn.

• Interest in media, production or talent coordination is advantageous.
