👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your Role:

• Provide general administrative support to the department in the areas of membership programme, online business and daily operations
• Generate reports for management review
• Organize and maintain proper filing of documents
• Respond to customers’ enquiries and provide appropriate assistance
• Assist with retails services during special events (e.g. Vesak Day etc.) and support the department’s Annual Stock Take
• Support Monastery events when required

📚 What You Bring:

• Qualification: GCE ‘N’ Level and above
• Year(s) of Experience: Min. 1 year of relevant experience
• Language(s): Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with both English and mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Proficient in Office Software (e.g. Excel, Words, Outlook etc.), Communication and interpersonal skills, Time management skills, Attention to details, Data management, Customer service skills, Problem-solving skills
• Team player with positive mindset
• Able to work on weekend(s), Public Holiday(s) and irregular working hours when required
