• Handle reception desk to provide accurate information, assistance, and excellent customer service to visitors
• Manage call-ins / walk-ins enquiries with professionalism

• Assist in receiving mails and parcels, handling event / course registration and payment matters
• Be the primary point-of-contact for emergencies and other ad-hoc tasks
• Ensure general cleanliness and tidiness of the work area

📚 What You Bring:

• Qualification: Min. GCE ‘O’ Level

• Year(s)of Experience: 2 years of relevant experience

• Language(s):Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking stakeholders

• Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Communication and interpersonal skills, Telephone etiquettes and customer service skills, Time management skills, Problem solving skills, Computer-literate

• Demonstrate a high level of integrity and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work

• Able to work on weekend(s) and public holiday(s)
