Role overview
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to take full charge of daily operations. You will report directly to the Company Directors and will have complete operational authority over the kitchen, service floor, delivery platforms, staff and compliance functions.
Key responsibilities
Operations management• Oversee all daily kitchen and front-of-house operations to the highest standards of food quality, service and cleanliness• Manage all food delivery platforms (Deliveroo, GrabFood, AllinPay, Foodpanda) and ensure timely fulfilment• Handle catering bookings, corporate events and group orders• Ensure full compliance with NEA, SFA, MOM Employment Act and HDB licensing requirements
Staff management
• Recruit, train and supervise all kitchen and service staff• Manage staff schedules, attendance records and monthly payroll inputs• Conduct performance reviews and maintain a positive team environment
Customer service
• Ensure exceptional dining and delivery experiences for all customers• Handle customer feedback, complaints and service recovery promptly
Financial and inventory management
• Monitor daily sales, control food costs and prepare weekly operational reports for Directors• Manage supplier relationships, place orders and control inventory levels• Oversee daily POS (AllinPay) reconciliation and cash handling
Marketing
• Manage the restaurant's social media presence and online platforms• Plan and execute promotional events and special offers
Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or F&B operations management• Proven track record of managing a team of 10 or more kitchen and service staff• Experience with food delivery platform management is preferred• Familiarity with Singapore F&B regulations (NEA, SFA, MOM) is an advantage• Knowledge of North Indian or Asian cuisine is an advantage, but not required — full training on our menu and operations will be provided
Skills and qualifications
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills• Solid understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting and cost control• Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays• Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage pressure during peak service• Relevant qualification in hospitality, F&B management or business administration is an advantage — candidates with equivalent experience and no formal degree are equally welcome to apply
