- Set up meeting rooms prior to meetings, ensuring they are clean, organised, and ready for use.
- Clear, clean, and restore meeting rooms after meetings.
- Monitor pantry inventory, replenish supplies, and report stock shortages when necessary.
- Wash cups, utensils, and pantry equipment, and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness the meeting area and pantries.
- Ensure pantry and common areas are well-maintained at all times
