Inventory Coordinator

We are a well-established cable manufacture & construction Korea company in Singapore. To meet our continuing growth, we require suitably qualified candidates for the following position:

I. POSITION:

INVENTORY COORDINATOR

II. WORKING HOURS:

8:30 TO 5:30PM (MON TO FRI)

III. WORKING PLACE:

Near Tai Seng MRT (3 min)

IV. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description & Requirements

1. Accurately enter and maintain inventory data, including quantities issued to store, inventory adjustments, and cycle count corrections, ensuring a high level of detail and accuracy

2. To analyze and perform stock reconciliation for all inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.

3. Report Cycle count and reconciliation finding to Operations & Finance Manager on monthly basis.

4. Ensure Proper inventory storage in the warehouse to optimize space utilization.

5. Preparing of inventory items for delivery to Construction Site.

6. Prepare of weekly inventory report

7. Manage and Monitor Incoming Shipment

8. Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned.

9. Additional projects or duties as mandated by Management.

V. APPLICANT:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Logistic /Business Administration or Equivalent

2. Minimum 3 - 5 years of related working experience manage Inventory

3. High proficiency in MS Excel & Office

4. Preferably with experience in Construction Sector, and able to work in fast moving environment

5. Require travelling to site location

6. Our company does not have foreign quotes so we are accepting Singaporean or Singapore PR applicants only

VI. SALARY:

$3,500~4,500 (PER MONTH) depending on your skills & experience.
