Account Executive

Job Description & Requirements

We are a well-established cable manufacture & construction Korea company in Singapore. To meet our continuing growth, we require suitably qualified candidates for the following position:

I. POSITION:

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

II. WORKING HOURS:

8:30 TO 5:30PM (MON TO FRI)

III. WORKING PLACE:

Near Tai Seng MRT (3 min)

IV. RESPOSIBILITIES;

[Accounts Responsibilities]

1. To support accounting tasks (i.e. create invoices & issued PO)

2. Manage partial spectrum of Accounting Functions (AR,AP)

3. Reconciliation of accounts and preparation of schedules

4. Handling Petty Cash & support on closing

5. Prepare Payment & Manage Bank Transaction

6. Assisting in Monthly Reporting

7. Support in yearly audit

8. Undertake any ad-hoc duties, as and when assigned by direct supervisor or Finance Director.

V. APPLICANT :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Required language(s) &Skills: English & MYOB Accounting program.

Able to multitask, independent and a great team player

At least 3-5 years working experience in Construction company is advantageous

Our company does not have foreign quotes so we are accepting Singaporean or Singapore PR applicants only.

VI. SALARY:

$3,500~4,500 (PER MONTH) depending on your skills & experience.
