Job Summary

Manage building and warehousing construction projects by overseeing planning, cost control, coordination, and compliance to deliver projects on schedule, within quality standards, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage building and warehousing construction projects by overseeing all operational and administrative processes to ensure project success
• Develop and execute project plans, control costs, and maintain accurate project documentation for effective tracking
• Direct construction planning and coordinate with sub-contractors, clients, and consultants to align project activities with scheduled timelines
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely and smooth completion of works
• Implement quality control measures to meet project standards and enforce compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Ensure all project activities adhere to the Company’s ISO system requirements
• Lead and motivate a team of project staff to achieve project objectives efficiently

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin to handle queries and feedback from associates, clients, and customers (required for effective communication in this role)
