Project Director

Job Description & Requirements

• Oversee and manage overall construction projects from planning to completion.
• Handle project management, site operations, contractors, suppliers and clients.
• Monitor project schedule, cost, quality and safety.
• Coordinate with consultants, authorities and relevant parties.
• Lead and supervise project/site teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle quotations, procurement and project-related documentation.
• Resolve site issues and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Support the overall business and operations of the construction company.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience.
• Strong project management and site management experience.
• Able to manage projects independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Singapore construction industry preferred.
