Service Engineer

Seeking Service Engineer, you will be responsible for lead, troubleshooting, installation, commission, maintenance and servicing of CCTV, Access Control, Wi-Fi and others IT related systems and with associated structure cabling infrastructure.

Requirements:

- Preferred 1 to 3 years of IT / System Engineering related work experience.

- Minimum Diploma IT / Electronics Engineering and above or related field.

- Efficiency in carry out service and maintenance activities in a safe manner.

- Good Interpersonal and communication skills as to offer customer service and technical support.

- Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.

- Proficient in AutoCAD Drawing and MS Office software.

Responsibilities:

- To lead, supervise and co-ordinate on smart hands work at Data Centre.

- Project co-ordination and implementation of CCTV, Access Control, Wi-Fi and others IT related systems.

- Assist Sales Team on pre-sales support and onsite survey.

- Efficiency in carry out installation and configuration of IT / System devices.

- Create, manage and maintain projects documentations, maps and CAD drawings.

- Prepare details schedules, track project milestones, update and report project schedules to Superior and Customer.

- Establish, correspondence and maintain effective working relationships with Customers and Vendors.

- Prepare training materials, provide technical training and instructions to Customers.

- Implement and engage on workplace safety and health practices.

- Provide Level-2/3 support and services to rectify issues.

- Perform preventive maintenance of IT / Systems related work.
