Cybersecurity Analyst

We are inviting anyone with a keen interest in Cybersecurity to join our growing Singapore team. This role is a technical role and will require someone with some basic understanding of networking technologies. However, if you do not have the required experience but has an analytic mind, we will provide the necessary training for you to grow in our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 24x7 security monitoring across multiple client environments using SIEM, EDR, NDR, cloud security and web protection platforms.
• Triage, analyse, and validate security alerts to distinguish false positives from genuine threats.
• Investigate incidents involving malware, phishing, web attacks, account compromise, DDoS activity, and suspicious network behaviour.
• Escalate confirmed incidents to senior analysts or incident responders in accordance with established playbooks and SLAs.
• Enrich alerts with contextual information such as IP addresses, users, assets, timelines, and indicators of compromise.
• Maintain accurate incident documentation, investigation notes, and customer‑ready security reports.
• Support managed security services (MSS) operations including shift handovers, ticket updates, and customer communications.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives including detection rule tuning, use‑case refinement, and threat intelligence sharing.
• Adhere to internal SOPs, security policies, and compliance requirements in a production SOC environment.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Basic system and network security fundamentals
• Knowledge of desktop, server, database, application and network principles for problem management, risk identification and analysis
• Must be able to work 12 hours shift
